Refund Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

This document is published in English. The English version is the one that applies.

1. Fourteen days, no reason needed

If you are not happy with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment and you get the whole payment back. This applies to the first payment of a subscription and to each renewal, monthly or yearly. You do not have to give a reason.

2. How to ask

Write to support@flowypixel.com from the email address on your account, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net, where every order is listed by the email address it was paid with.

Paddle.com is the merchant of record for FlowyPixel, so the refund is paid by Paddle to the card or account you paid with. It usually reaches you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. What happens to your workspace

A refunded subscription is cancelled at the same time and the workspace moves to the free plan straight away. Nothing is deleted: your projects, pages and uploads stay where they are. Anything beyond the free plan's limits stays as it is but cannot grow until the workspace is back within them.

4. After 14 days

After 14 days a payment is not refunded, and we do not refund part of a period. You can still cancel at any time from your billing page: the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.

If the Service was unavailable or did not work as described for a meaningful part of a period, write to us anyway. We look at those cases one by one.

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
